Ingredients:200 gr small prawns/shrimps1 head iceberg lettuce1 lemon
Cocktail whisky sauce:8 tablespoons mayonnaise1 tablespoon tomato paste1/2 tablespoon parsley1 teaspoon paprika powderfreshly ground pepper1-2 tablespoons whiskylittle lemon juice

Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - shrimp recipes, fish recipesMix the ingredients for the sauce.Remove the outer leaves of the iceberg lettuce and throw away (or feed to a rabbit).Pile the lettuce leaves and cut with a knife in very small strips.Mix the lettuce with a large tablespoon sauce and divide over 4 wide (cocktail) glasses.Divide the prawns over the lettuce and spoon the sauce over.Garnish the rim of the glasses with a slice lemon and sprinkle the prawn cocktail optional with some paprika powder. |
