Prawn cocktail

Ingredients:

200 gr small prawns/shrimps

1 head iceberg lettuce

1 lemon

 

Cocktail whisky sauce:

8 tablespoons mayonnaise 

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1/2 tablespoon parsley

1 teaspoon paprika powder

freshly ground pepper

1-2 tablespoons whisky

little lemon juice

 

Preparation:

Mix the ingredients for the sauce.
Remove the outer leaves of the iceberg lettuce and throw away (or feed to a rabbit).
Pile the lettuce leaves and cut with a knife in very small strips.
Mix the lettuce with a large tablespoon sauce and divide over 4 wide (cocktail) glasses.
Divide the prawns over the lettuce and spoon the sauce over.
Garnish the rim of the glasses with a slice lemon and sprinkle the prawn cocktail optional with some paprika powder.
