Shoarma for raclette

250 gr hover for conversion shoarma

 

 

Also great on a stonegrill

 

Preparation:

Prepare:

Heat some butter or oil in the raclette pan and fry the shoarma in approximately 5-6 minutes brown .
Optional add extra bell pepper and onion.
Delicious with garlic sauce.
