Mini pork burgers

Ingredients:

100 gr hover for conversion ground beef

100 gr hover for conversion thinly sliced side pork or bacon

 

 

Also great on a stonegrill

 

Preparation:

Count the number of slices unsmoked streaky bacon or bacon and divide the ground beef in an equal amount balls.
Wrap the balls in the unsmoked streaky bacon .
Push flat, so the burgers are done fast .
 

Prepare:

Heat some butter in the raclette pan and add some potato cubes.
Fry the meat 3 minutes on one side. Add shiitake and onion after turning the meat. Fry for 3 more minutes.
