Preparation in advance:
Count the number of slices unsmoked streaky bacon or bacon and divide the ground beef in an equal amount balls.
Wrap the balls in the unsmoked streaky bacon

How to prepare:
Heat some butter in the raclette pan and add some potato cubes.
Fry the meat 3 minutes on one side.
Add shiitake and onion after turning the meat. Fry for 3 more minutes.
