Preparation in advance:Let the duck thaw and cut the breast in slices of 1 cm.Mix well with the orange sauce and marinate at least an hour .
How to prepare:Fry the duck slices in some butter about 4 minutes on each side in the raclette pan.Add the last minute some pineapple.
