Duck breast fillet


Ingredients:

Package premade duck breast with

orange sauce

 

 

Also great on a stonegrill

Preparation in advance:

Let the duck thaw and cut the breast in slices of 1 cm.

Mix well with the orange sauce and marinate at least an hour photo recipe.

 

How to prepare:

Fry the duck slices in some butter about 4 minutes on each side in the raclette pan.

Add the last minute some pineapple.
