Pork tenderloin 2Ingredients:200 gr pork tenderloin2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce1 tablespoon ginger syrup1 teaspoon garlic powdersome salt

Preparation in advance:Cut the tenderloin in slices of about 1 cm .Half optional the slices that are too large.Mix the sweet soy sauce, ginger syrup, garlic powder and salt and add the tenderloin.Marinate for at least an hour.
How to prepare:Heat some butter in the raclette pan.Fry the fillet tenderloin on both sides 3 minutes with some shiitake.
Delicious with sweet-sour pineapple sauce.
