Pork tenderloin 2

Ingredients:

200 gr hover for conversion pork tenderloin

2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

1 tablespoon ginger syrup 

1 teaspoon garlic powder

some salt 

 

 

Also great on a stonegrill

Preparation:

Cut the tenderloin in slices of about 1 cm .
Half optional the slices that are too large.
Mix the sweet soy sauce, ginger syrup, garlic powder and salt and add the tenderloin.
Marinate for at least an hour.
 

Prepare:

Heat some butter in the raclette pan.
Fry the fillet tenderloin on both sides 3 minutes with some shiitake.
 
Delicious with sweet-sour pineapple sauce.
