Breaded shrimps

Ingredients:

250 gr hover for conversion large peeled shrimps

1 large tablespoon flour

salt

1/2 tablespoon fish spices

1 teaspoon paprika powder

water

breadcrumbs

Preparation:

Make of 1 large tablespoon flour, some salt, fish spices, paprika powder and water a batter with a thickness of yogurt. Coat the shrimps with the batter, drain a little and coat with the breadcrumbs .
Place uncovered in the fridge for at least an hour .

Prepare:

Heat some butter in the raclette pan. Add shrimps, mushrooms and bell pepper.
Fry 2-3 minutes on both sides.
Delicious with chivesauce.
