mini Hamburgers


200 gr convert conversionmixed ground beef and pork

1/2 slice white bread


1 tablespoon breadcrumbs

extra breadcrumbs

Preparation in advance:

Soak the crustless white bread in little milk and squeeze it carefully. Mix well with the ground beef and the breadcrumbs.

Roll it thinly (0.5 cm) on a breadcrumbed surface and coat with breadcrumbs (mixed with parsley). Cut, by using a small glass (I frequently use an empty tomato paste can), small hamburgers from the ground beef photo recipe. Bread the edges photo recipe.

How to prepare:

Heat some butter in the raclette pan. Add hamburger, onion and bell pepper.

Fry on both sides 2 minutes. After turning, put optional a slice cheese on the hamburger. Melt it under the raclette grill.

Delicious with hot tomato sauce.
