mini Hamburgers

Ingredients:

200 gr hover for conversion mixed ground beef

1/2 slice white bread

milk

1 tablespoon breadcrumbs

 

extra breadcrumbs

(parsley)

 

 

The large version:

Hamburger with bun

Preparation:

Soak the crustless white bread in little milk and squeeze it carefully. Mix well with the ground beef and the breadcrumbs.
Roll it thinly (0.5 cm) on a breadcrumbed surface and coat with breadcrumbs (mixed with parsley). Cut, by using a small glass (I frequently use an empty tomato paste can), small hamburgers from the ground beef . Bread the edges .

Prepare:

Heat some butter in the raclette pan. Add hamburger, onion and bell pepper.
Fry on both sides 2 minutes. After turning, put optional a slice cheese on the hamburger. Melt it under the raclette grill.
Delicious with hot tomato sauce.
