mini HamburgersIngredients:200 gr mixed ground beef and pork1/2 slice white breadmilk1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
extra breadcrumbs(parsley)

Preparation in advance:Soak the crustless white bread in little milk and squeeze it carefully. Mix well with the ground beef and the breadcrumbs.Roll it thinly (0.5 cm) on a breadcrumbed surface and coat with breadcrumbs (mixed with parsley). Cut, by using a small glass (I frequently use an empty tomato paste can), small hamburgers from the ground beef . Bread the edges .How to prepare:Heat some butter in the raclette pan. Add hamburger, onion and bell pepper.Fry on both sides 2 minutes. After turning, put optional a slice cheese on the hamburger. Melt it under the raclette grill.Delicious with hot tomato sauce.
