Preparation in advance:Cut the fillet tenderloin in slices of approximately 1 cm.Half optional too large slices.Season with garlic powder, pepper and salt .
How to prepare:Heat some butter in the raclette pan.Fry the fillet tenderloin on both sides 2-3 minutes.Add the last minute a slice tomato.Delicious with tzatziki.
