Garlic shrimps

Ingredients:

250 gr hover for conversion large shrimps 

1 dl hover for conversion olive oil

4 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon garlic herbs

1 tablespoon parsley

pepper

salt

 

 

Also great on a stonegrill

Preparation:

Mix the shrimps with the oil, pressed garlic cloves and herbs.
Flavour with some pepper and salt and let the shrimps marinate at least an hour .
 

Prepare:

Heat some oil of the marinade in the raclette pan.
Add the shrimps and let get warm in about 3-4 minutes.
Roast meanwhile some slices French bread on the party grill.
Pour the frying oil over the French bread and cover with the shrimps.
