Preparation in advance:Cut the chicken breast in long stripes of 1 x 1 cm.Sprinkle the strips at flavour with shoarma spices.Make of flour and water a batter with the thickness of yogurt.Coat the chicken stripes slightly with the batter and coat with the breadcrumbs .How to prepare:Use herb butter in stead of butter. Put some bell pepper in the raclette pan, fry for a minute. Add the chicken shoarma .Fry brown in about 3-4 minutes.Delicious with garlic sauce.
