Garlic butter

Ingredients:

250 gr hover for conversion butter

6 tablespoons water

1-2 tablespoons garlic powder or

pressed garlic

2 tablespoons parsley

(1 teaspoon chopped lavas leaves)

1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce

pinch salt

 

Preparation:

Mix with a mixer the soft butter and water till the water is completely taken.
Add the remaining ingredients at flavour and mix well .
 
Let the garlic butter rest overnight for the best result .
If you use pressed garlic: grind in a pestle to sugar-large grains.
