Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - gourmet and fondue recipesMix the ground beef well with the herbs and spices and divide into 10 equal pieces.Mold the meat mixture to hamburgers of approximately 0.5 cm high.Prepare:Heat some butter in the raclette pan and add the Greek hamburger.Add garlic and some potato cubes. Fry about 3 minutes on each side.When the meat is almost done, add some chopped onion (must remain a little raw).Delicious with garlic sauce or tzatziki. |
