Greek hamburgerIngredients:200 gr ground beef1 teaspoon oregano1 teaspoon basil1 teaspoon parsley1 teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon paprika powder

Preparation in advance:Mix the ground beef well with the herbs and spices and divide into 10 equal pieces.Mold the meat mixture to hamburgers of approximately 0.5 cm high.
How to prepare:Heat some butter in the raclette pan and add the Greek hamburger.Add garlic and some potato cubes. Fry about 3 minutes on each side.When the meat is almost done, add some chopped onion (must remain a little raw).Delicious with garlic sauce or tzatziki.
