Greek hamburger

Ingredients:

200 gr hover for conversion ground beef

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon parsley

1 teaspoon garlic

1 teaspoon paprika powder

 

 

Also great on a stonegrill

Preparation:

Mix the ground beef well with the herbs and spices and divide into 10 equal pieces.
Mold the meat mixture to hamburgers of approximately 0.5 cm high.
 

Prepare:

Heat some butter in the raclette pan and add the Greek hamburger.
Add garlic and some potato cubes. Fry about 3 minutes on each side.
When the meat is almost done, add some chopped onion (must remain a little raw).
Delicious with garlic sauce or tzatziki.
