Meat fondue in dough

Ingredients:

Cooked ham, firm fish, shrimps, smoked sausages, cooked small meatballs, cooked pork liver, fresh pork sausage, frankfurter

Baking batter:

150 gr hover for conversion flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 dl hover for conversion beer

pepper and salt

1 teaspoon paprika powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon oil

1 egg

This seems a normal meat fondue, but it's with cubes cooked meat.
Everything, including the vegetables, is coated with a baking batter and then fried in oil. Reckon 200-250 gr hover for conversion meat per person.
Arrange everything on a nice plate (or several plates when fonduing with 4+ persons).
Meat and fish: cooked ham, smoked sausage, cooked small meatballs, cooked pork liver, shrimps, cooked pork sausages, frankfurter, firm fish etc. (cubed to 1,5 x 1,5 cm).
Vegatables and fruits: cubes pineapple, apple parts, bell pepper, mushrooms, slices banana, onion rings, cubes peach, etc.
Baking batter: Mix flour, baking powder, beer, salt, pepper, paprika powder, garlic powder, oil and egg, whip well. Or use tempurabatter.
Side dishes: French bread, lettuce, radise, marinated bell pepper, tomatoes, salads, spring onions, sauces and herbbutter.
