Side dishes gourmet


Ingredients:

onion

spring onion

garlic cloves

bell pepper

shiitake

mushrooms

oyster mushrooms

pine nuts

potato (cubes)

pineapple

banana

(quail) egg etc

Preparation in advance:

Half the onions, slice in thin rings.

Peel and slice the garlic cloves.

Bell pepper in thin strips.

Slice shiitake, mushrooms and oyster mushrooms.

Use ready made potato cubes or cut French fries in cubes.

Canned pineapple rings in small pieces.

Peel banana and make slices of approximately 1 cm.

How to prepare:

Arange everything on dishes (1 for every 3-4 persons) and place on the table.
