Peanut satay burger or rolls


Ingredients:

250 gr convert conversionground beef

1 tablespoon sambal

1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce

2 tablespoons peanut butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

breadcrumbs

Preparation in advance:

Mix all ingredients to a firm mixture (remember that breadcrumbs will start to firm after about 5 minutes).

Roll the mixture to a cigar shape, 1 cm thick and 6 cm long and coat with breadcrumbs.

Or make peanut satay burgers: divide mixture and mold to hamburgers photo recipe.

How to prepare:

Heat some butter in the raclette pan and add the peanut satay burger or roll.

Fry the rolls or burgers 4 minutes with garlic and onion.

Delicious with sate sauce.
