Peanut satay burger or rollsIngredients:250 gr ground beef1 tablespoon sambal1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce2 tablespoons peanut butter1 teaspoon garlic powderbreadcrumbs

Preparation in advance:Mix all ingredients to a firm mixture (remember that breadcrumbs will start to firm after about 5 minutes).Roll the mixture to a cigar shape, 1 cm thick and 6 cm long and coat with breadcrumbs.Or make peanut satay burgers: divide mixture and mold to hamburgers .
How to prepare:Heat some butter in the raclette pan and add the peanut satay burger or roll.Fry the rolls or burgers 4 minutes with garlic and onion.Delicious with sate sauce.
