This sauce is the big hit on all my barbecues. Mostly making it with 4 jars peanut butter because it's very easy to freeze (just add some milk when warming).
How to prepare:Spoon the peanut butter in a pan, add 3/4rd peanut butter jar with milk and the remaining ingredients.Warm on very low heat while stirring regular till the sauce starts to bind.Taste and make, by adding extra soy sauce, garlic powder and sambal as spicy as you like. Add milk till you get a smooth sauce . Don't let the sauce boil.
This sauce tastes better if kept overnight, so it's perfect to make a day in advance.Delicious at i.e.: chicken sate, sate ground beef and fillet pork tenderloin sate.
