Chicken kebab

3 double chicken breasts

Marinade :

4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

6 tablespoons ginger syrup

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon curry powder

salt at flavour

30 skewers

Preparation in advance:

Mix the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl.

Cut the chicken breast in strips of approximately 1 x 3 cm.

Add the strips to the marinade, cover well and let rest at least 2 hours (or better overnight).

How to prepare:

Soak the skewers for at least an hour.

Thread the chicken strips lenghtwise to the skewers photo recipe.

Roast the kebabs 10-12 minutes on a hot grill.

Delicious with sate sauce.
