Peanut butter beef kebab

Ingredients:

500 gr hover for conversion mixed ground beef

breadcrumbs

3 large tablespoons peanut butter

2 tablespoons garlic powder

3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

2 tablespoons sambal

 

extra:

40 skewers

 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients well to a firm mixture .
(The ingredients can be added at flavour: The sambal gets milder when done).
Let the mixture rest for at least an hour.

Prepare:

Soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes.
Make meatballs with the size of a golf ball and roll into cigar-shape.
Thread to the skewers .
Grill the peanut groundbeef kebabs 12 minutes.
Delicious with sate peanut sauce.
