Mini pan cake


Ingredients:

50 gr flour convert conversion

1 egg

1 teaspoon baking powder

salt

1 dl convert conversionmilk

 

 

The large ones:

Dutch pancakes

Frisian pancakes

Crepes Suzette

Preparation in advance:

Make of the ingredients an yogurt thick batter.

Let the batter rest a couple of minutes.

 

How to prepare:

Heat some butter in the raclette pan and add the batter.

Garnish with whatever looks delicious (for example: a slice bacon or apple/raisins in the pan, add the batter).

When the upper part of the pancake is dry, turn and bake the other side.
