Preparation in advance:Make of the ingredients an yogurt thick batter.Let the batter rest a couple of minutes.
How to prepare:Heat some butter in the raclette pan and add the batter.Garnish with whatever looks delicious (for example: a slice bacon or apple/raisins in the pan, add the batter).When the upper part of the pancake is dry, turn and bake the other side.
