Chicken nuggets


2 chicken fillets

70 gr flour convert conversion

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon chicken spices

8 large tablespoons cornflake crumbs

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 180C/360F (fan oven 170C/340F).

Cover a baking sheet with foil and cut the chicken in cubes of 3 cm.

Coat slightly with flour.

Coat with a mixture of beaten egg and spices and the cornflakes crumbs (place optional in the freezer).

Place the nuggets on the baking sheet and bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

After baking you can use the nuggets with gourmet and raclette too.

Serve with sweet-sour sauce.
