Chicken nuggets

Ingredients:

2 chicken fillets

70 gr hover for conversion flour

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon chicken spices

8 large tablespoons cornflake crumbs

Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F (fan oven 170°C/340°F).
Cover a baking sheet with foil and cut the chicken in cubes of 3 cm.
Coat slightly with flour.
Coat with a mixture of beaten egg and spices and the cornflakes crumbs (place optional in the freezer).
Put the nuggets on the baking sheet and cook in 12-15 minutes golden brown.
After baking you can use the nuggets with gourmet and raclette too.
Serve with sweet-sour sauce.
