Chicken

Ingredients:

250 gr hover for conversion chicken tenders

2 tablespoons ginger syrup

2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

1-2 teaspoon curry powder

 

 

Also great on a stonegrill

Preparation:

Half the chicken tenders.
Mix the ginger sauce, sweet soy sauce and curry.
Put the tenders in a plastic bag or bowl and add the marinate .
Marinate for at least an hour, dry before you place it on the table (on a separate plate ! ) .

Prepare:

Heat some herb butter in the raclette pan. Add chicken tenders, cook one side about 2-3 minutes. Turn and add pineapple and banana. Cook another 3-4 minutes.
 
Delicious with curry pineapple sauce.
