Curry pineapple sauce

Ingredients:

400 gr hover for conversion mayonnaise

2-3 tablespoons curry powder

1 small can pineapple

5 tablespoons pineapple juice

 

 

Preparation:

Cut the pineapple in small pieces.
Mix all ingredients well.
Ready! 
(Can be kept in a airtight box about 2 weeks.)
 
Delicious at for example: chicken kebab with pineapple.
 
This sauce is ready very fast. Tastes best if you let the sauce rest overnight.
