Ingredients:3 double chicken breasts1 can sliced pineapple4 almost ripe bananasMarinade :pineapple juice the from can1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce3 tablespoons ginger syrup3 teaspoons curry powdersalt at flavour40 skewers |
Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - chicken recipes, barbeque recipesDrain the pineapple and keep the juice.Mix the ingredients of the marinade.Cut the chicken breast in cubes of approximately 1 x 2 cm.Add the cubes to the marinade, mix well and let rest for at least 2 hours in the fridge.Prepare:Soak wooden skewers for at least an hour. Cut each pineapple slice in 6 and the bananas in parts of 1.5 cm. Thread the chicken with the pineapple and banana to the skewers
