Chicken kebab with pineapple & banana


3 double chicken breasts

1 can sliced pineapple

4 almost ripe bananas

Marinade :

pineapple juice the from can

1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce

3 tablespoons ginger syrup

3 teaspoons curry powder

salt at flavour

40 skewers

Preparation in advance:

Drain the pineapple and keep the juice.

Mix the ingredients of the marinade.

Cut the chicken breast in cubes of approximately 1 x 2 cm.

Add the cubes to the marinade, mix well and let rest for at least 2 hours in the fridge.

How to prepare:

Soak wooden skewers for at least an hour.

Cut each pineapple slice in 6 and the bananas in parts of 1.5 cm. Thread the chicken with the pineapple and banana to the skewers photo recipe or use only banana photo recipe.

Roast the kebabs 10 minutes on a hot grill.

Delicious with curry sauce or curry pineapple sauce.
