Yogurt dipping sauce


1 small tomato

1/2 cucumber

1 garlic clove

1 tablespoon fresh mint

125 gr Greek yogurt

How to prepare:

Peel the tomato and mix chopped tomato meat, chopped cucumber, squeezed garlic, chopped mint and yogurt well.

Let rest for at least an hour, to let the flavours combine.

Delicious served with spicy kofta or lambkofta.
