Lamb kofta (±20 pcs)

Go to all recipes for: Ground beef balls, Greek, Tapas, Deep-fry, Barbecue, Freeze 

Ingredients:

300 gr hover for conversion lamb minced meat

1 tablespoon parsley

1 teaspoon ground cumin

2 tablespoons coriander powder

pinch cayenne pepper

1 finely chopped shallot

2 pressed garlic cloves

salt

2 teaspoons cornstarch

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients to a firm mixture.
(The ingredients can be added at flavour: The garlic gets milder when it is fried, therefore I generally use 4 cloves...) 
Let rest for an hour.

Prepare:

Make approximately 20 balls of the ground beef mixture and coat with the breadcrumbs (when used for the barbecue 30 balls, do not use breadcrumbs).
Fry the kofta brown in some olive oil or thread to soaked skewers for the barbecue.
Serve with for example tzatziki or yogurt dipping sauce.
