Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe ground beef, tapas, barbecue/grillMix all ingredients to a firm mixture.(The ingredients can be added at flavour: The garlic gets milder when it is fried, therefore I generally use 4 cloves...)Let rest for an hour.Prepare:Make approximately 20 balls of the ground beef mixture and coat with the breadcrumbs (when used for the barbecue 30 balls, do not use breadcrumbs).Fry the kofta brown in some olive oil or thread to soaked skewers for the barbecue.Serve with for example tzatziki or yogurt dipping sauce. |
