Lamb kofta (±20 pcs)
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons coriander powder
pinch cayenne pepper
1 finely chopped shallot
2 pressed garlic cloves
2 teaspoons cornstarch

Preparation in advance:
Mix all ingredients to a firm mixture.
(The ingredients can be added at flavour: The taste of garlic gets much milder when fried, therefore I generally use 4 cloves...)
Let rest for an hour.
How to prepare:
Make approximately 20 balls of the ground beef mixture (when used for the barbecue, make 30 balls).
Fry the kofta brown in some olive oil or thread to soaked skewers for the barbecue.
Serve with for example tzatziki or yogurt dipping sauce.
