Spicy kofta(± 45 pcs)Ingredients:500 gr ground lamb1 small onion or shallot2 garlic cloves1 teaspoon cumin1/4 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 red chili pepper(or 1-2 teaspoons sambal)1 tablespoon tomato paste1 tablespoon fresh mint1 tablespoon fresh corianderoil to fry

How to prepare:Mix ground beef, chopped onion, pressed garlic, cumin, cinnamon, chopped pepper, tomato paste, chopped mint and coriander in a large bowl. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and roll meatballs (approximately 1.5 tablespoon each).
Heat over medium heat some oil in a frying pan. Fry the kofta till brown and cooked.Drain on kitchen paper.Serve with yogurt dipping sauce and cocktail sticks.
