Spicy kofta
(± 45 pcs)
500 gr
ground lamb
1 small onion or shallot
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 red chili pepper
(or 1-2 teaspoons sambal)
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon fresh mint
1 tablespoon fresh coriander
oil to fry

How to prepare:
Mix ground beef, chopped onion, pressed garlic, cumin, cinnamon, chopped pepper, tomato paste, chopped mint and coriander in a large bowl. Season the mixture
with salt and pepper and roll meatballs (approximately 1.5 tablespoon each).
Heat over medium heat some oil in a frying pan. Fry the kofta till brown and cooked.
Drain on kitchen paper.
