Greek farmer salad
6 roma tomatoes (pomodori)
1 red onion
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil

How to prepare:
Slice the tomatoes thin, half the onion and slice thin and slice the cucumber.
Mix in a bowl with the (stoned and optional halved) olives.
Season with pepper, salt, oregano and basil.
Crumble the feta in large pieces over the tomatoes and sprinkle the salad with olive oil.
Serve optional with tzatziki.
Deliciously on the barbecue but also with Greek meat recipes like lamb kofta and souvlakia.
