Greek farmer salad

Ingredients:

6 roma tomatoes (pomodori)

1 red onion

1 cucumber

150-200 gr hover for conversion olives

200 gr hover for conversion feta

50-100 ml hover for conversion olive oil

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon basil

 

Preparation:

Slice the tomatoes thin, half the onion and slice thin and slice the cucumber.
Mix in a bowl with the (stoned and optional halved) olives.
Season with pepper, salt, oregano and basil.
Crumble the feta in large pieces over the tomatoes and sprinkle the salad with olive oil.
Serve optional with tzatziki.
 
Deliciously at the barbecue but also with Greek meat recipes like lamb kofta and souvlaki.
