1 very ripe avocado

1 spring onion

1 small tomato

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 garlic clove

salt and pepper

How to prepare:

Half the avocado and remove the pit (from which you grow a nice tree) and peel.

Mash the avocado with the lemon juice (against discolouring) creamy.

Chop and mix the spring onion, the garlic cloves and the seedless chopped tomato with the avocado mixture photo recipe.

Add at flavour some salt and pepper.

If you want a hearty guacamole, add a very small cut red pepper without seeds.

(Do not rub in your eyes while cutting red peppers ! )
