Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe quiche and hearty piesGrease and flour the molds of the muffin pans.Cut the brie in 24 slices of 1 x 2 x 2 cm. Cut the pear in 24 cubes. Stir the crème fraiche, egg, milk and sugar well.Prepare:Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).Cut (with a glass) 4 circles from each sheet puff pastry and put the dough in the molds. Put in each mold a slice brie with a cube pear. Add about 1-2 teaspoons of the crème fraiche mixture.Bake the pies 20-25 minutes.(Variation: use apple or banana instead of pear) |
