Ingredients:6 slices puff pastry2 tablespoons milk2 tablespoons flour125 gr

Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe quiche and hearty piesGrease and flour the molds of the muffin pans.Mix of the milk, brie with crust and 2 tablespoons flour in the kitchen machine or with the mixer stick a mixture. Add the egg, crème fraiche and chives and season with pepper and salt.Prepare:Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).Cut (with a glass) 4 circles from each sheet puff pastry and put the dough in the molds. Fill the quiche forms up to some mm under the edge with the brie-mixture.Bake the pies 20-25 minutes. |
