Mini quiche brie and chives

(24 pcs)


6 slices puff pastry

2 tablespoons milk

2 tablespoons flour

125 gr convert conversionbrie

1 egg

100 gr convert conversioncrème fraiche

2 tablespoons chives (fresh)

pepper and salt


kitchen machine or mixer stick

2 12 mold muffin pans

Preparation in advance:

Grease and flour the molds of the muffin pans.

Mix of the milk, brie with crust and 2 tablespoons flour in the kitchen machine or with the mixer stick a mixture. Add the egg, crème fraiche and chives and season with pepper and salt.

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).

Cut (with a glass) 4 circles from each sheet puff pastry and put the dough in the molds. Fill the quiche forms up to some mm under the edge with the brie-mixture.

Bake the pies 20-25 minutes.
