Thai meatballs / burgers
500 gr
pork minced
meat
1 egg
40 gr
fresh white bread crumbs
2 spring onions
3 tablespoons water chestnuts
2 tablespoons fresh mint
2 teaspoons fresh ginger
2 teaspoons lime peel
1 tablespoon fish sauce
extra:
1 dl
sweet chili sauce

How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).
Mix pork beef, beaten egg, bread crumbs, ring-sliced spring onion, chopped water chestnuts, chopped mint, grated ginger, grated lime peel, fish sauce and chili sauce in a bowl.
Roll meatballs of a substantial tablespoon beef and push to hamburger-shape.
Place the Thai burgers on a greased baking sheet and grill in 15-20 minutes well done or grill on a barbeque.
Cover the hot burgers with the extra chili sauce.
