Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe ground beef, oriental, barbecue/spit roastingPreheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).Mix pork beef, beaten egg, bread crumbs, in small rings sliced spring onion, chopped water chestnuts, chopped mint, grated ginger, grated lime peel, fish sauce and chili sauce in a bowl.Make meatballs of a substantial tablespoon beef and push to hamburger-shape.Place the Thai burgers on a greased baking sheet and grill in 15-20 minutes well done or grill on a barbeque.Cover the hot burgers with the extra chili sauce. |
