Thai meatballs / burgersIngredients:500 gr pork minced meat1 egg40 gr fresh white bread crumbs2 spring onions3 tablespoons water chestnuts2 tablespoons fresh mint2 teaspoons fresh ginger2 teaspoons lime peel1 tablespoon fish sauce2 teaspoons sweet chili sauceextra:1 dl sweet chili sauce

How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).Mix pork beef, beaten egg, bread crumbs, ring-sliced spring onion, chopped water chestnuts, chopped mint, grated ginger, grated lime peel, fish sauce and chili sauce in a bowl.Roll meatballs of a substantial tablespoon beef and push to hamburger-shape.Place the Thai burgers on a greased baking sheet and grill in 15-20 minutes well done or grill on a barbeque.
Cover the hot burgers with the extra chili sauce.
