Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe oldyears eve, new year, YuleMix the yeast (and sugar) with the lukewarm milk and let rest for 10 minutes.Sift the flour in a bowl. Add the yeast mixture and stir well. Let rise for about an hour on a warm spot (30°C) and sprinkle the salt over. Stir carefull.Prepare:Heat the oil to ± 180°C/360°F. Peel the apples (shortly before frying to prevent from getting brown) and remove the core with an apple corer. Cut the apples in 1 cm thick slices so
you get a hole in the middle and sprinkle with little cinnamon
