Stuffed onions with cheese

Ingredients:

4 large onions

60 gr hover for conversion bread crumbs

100 gr hover for conversion grated cheese

3 tablespoons chopped parsley

salt

pepper

2 tablespoons cream

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Peel the onions and cook (complete) for 30 minutes in some water with salt.
Take the onions out of the pan and keep 1/2 dl hover for conversion of the fluid.
Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).
Cut the cap off each onion and hollow until a shell of approximately 1 cm remains.
Cut a small piece from the bottom so the onions are able to stand upright.
Chop the center parts of the onions and mix with bread crumbs, cheese and parsley. Season with salt, pepper and some cream. Fill the onions with the mixture and place in an oven dish. Pour the kept onion fluid in the dish.
Place little butter on top of each onion and bake 45 minutes. Spoon the fluid from time to time over the onions during baking.
Serve with meat or a fish meal.
