Papaya (papaw) with ham and cheese crème

Ingredients:

1/2 cup sour cream

3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon paprika powder

salt

pepper

1 large ripe papaya

100 gr hover for conversion air dried ham

 

extra:

piping bag

 

Preparation:

Mix the sour cream, grated cheese, paprika powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. Put the mixture in a piping bag with a star opening.
Cut the papaya in 4 segments and remove the seeds.
Divide the papaya over 4 plates.
Garnish with thinly sliced ham and top the papaya with the cheese cream.
