Spicy mushrooms sauce


1 tablespoon butter

1 small onion

1 garlic clove

250 gr convert conversionmushrooms

1 tablespoon chili sauce

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 dl water convert conversion



1 tablespoon cornstarch

How to prepare:

Melt the butter in a frying pan.

Fry the chopped onion and the pressed garlic a few minutes.

Add the sliced mushrooms.

Simmer 5 minutes and add chili sauce, chili powder and 1 dl convert conversionwater.

Mix the cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water and add stirring to the sauce.

Flavour with pepper and salt.
