verde:3 tablespoons green herbs i.e.:basil, rosemary, parsley, Italian herbsrosso:3 tablespoons dried tomato
extra:kitchen machine or mixer stick

How to prepare:Put all ingredients in the foodprocessor or use a blender.Blend till you've got a smooth sauce.
Use the salsa verde as sauce with for example roasted meat.
The salsa rosso is delicious mixed with lettuce.
