Salsa Verde or Salsa Rosso

Go to all recipes for: Sauces and herb butter, Barbecue, Gourmet, Meat, Salads 

Ingredients:

100 ml hover for conversion olive oil

salt

 

verde:

3 tablespoons green herbs i.e.: 

basil, rosemary, parsley, Italian herbs

rosso:

3 tablespoons dried tomato

 

extra:

kitchen machine or mixer stick

 

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in the foodprocessor or use a blender.
Blend till you've got a smooth sauce.
 
Use the salsa verde as sauce with for example roasted meat.
 
The salsa rosso is delicious mixed with lettuce.
