Raita dipping sauce


1/2 cucumber

200 gr convert conversionyogurt

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

How to prepare:

Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds.

Cut or chop the pulp very small and mix with the yogurt and turmeric.

Stir well and place the sauce in the fridge.

Stir the mint into the sauce just before serving.
