Soya ginger dipping sauce


Ingredients:

2.5 dl convert conversionjapanese soy sauce

5 cm fresh ginger

2-3 teaspoons caster sugar

How to prepare:

Peel the ginger and grate very small.

Stir soy sauce, ginger and sugar in a small bowl till the suger is dissolved.

Serve immediately.

 

Delicious served with teppanyaki.
