Cream pesto

Ingredients:

1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

1 dl hover for conversion cream

2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

1-2 tablespoons oil

1 garlic clove

 

Preparation:

Mash basil, cream, grated cheese, oil and pressed garlic 20 seconden in a kitchen machine or blender to a creamy mixture.
 
Place in a foil covered bowl to rest about 1 hour.
