Bell pepper butter

Ingredients:

250 gr hover for conversion butter

50 gr roasted bell pepper

4 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon paprika powder

pinch salt

 

Preparation:

Mix with a mixer the soft butter and water till the water is completely taken.
Chop the roasted bell pepper very small and mix into the butter.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
Let the bell pepper butter rest overnight for the best result.
