How to prepare:
This is the great strength of pizza: It's delicious with each type garnish.
Make pizza dough and basic sauce (or optionally spread the pizza crust bottom with pesto, tapenade or herbs cheese spread) and dive into the cupboard for garnish: that'll give surprising combinations.
On the left all kinds of ingredients which are delicious on pizza:
Meat: well done meat, cubes or slices.
Fish: cooked or grilled, soak anchovy 20 minutes in milk.
Cheese: grated, crumbled, in cubes or sliced.
Vegetables: optional blanche or fry a moment, in pieces or slices.
Herbs: fresh or dried, at flavour.
