How to prepare:Use monchou or cream cheese (Philadelphia) at room temperature.Mix all ingredients well.Let rest for at least an hour, to let the flavours combine. Stir well before serving .
Delicious on French bread or use as herbs cheese in the French garlic bread.
The herbs cheese with chives and onion tastes great as spread on slices ham .
