How to prepare:Mash 50 gr fresh basil, 50 gr pecan nuts, 60 ml olive oil and 2 garlic cloves in a kitchen machine or blender to a smooth sauce.
Mash 25 gr fresh basil, 30 gr grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons pine nuts in a kitchen machine or blender to a smooth sauce.
Mash 25 gr sun-dried tomato, 20 gr grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons olive oil (or sundried tomato-oil) and 3 tablespoons pine nuts in a kitchen machine or blender to a smooth sauce.
