Dutch "Sprits"


250 gr convert conversionbutter or margarine

150 gr convert conversionsugar

3-4 tablespoons vanilla sugar

2 egg whites

3 tablespoons milk

375 gr flour convert conversion

(chocolate for dipping)

How to prepare:

Beat the soft butter with sugar and vanilla sugar creamy.

Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and fold with the milk into the butter. Add while folding the sifted flour.

Preheat the oven to 180C/360F (fan oven 160C/310F).

Spoon the batter in a piping bag and spray garlands of 6 7 cm length on a greased baking sheet. Bake the "sprits" 20-25 minutes in the middle of the oven and let cool on a wire rack.

(Melt the chocolate au-bain-marie and dip one half of the cookies in the chocolate.)
