Quarkpie with strawberries

Ingredients:

3 eggs

100 gr hover for conversion sugar

2 tablespoons vanilla sugar

50 gr hover for conversion cornstarch

150 gr hover for conversion flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

500 gr hover for conversion fresh strawberries

500 gr hover for conversion thin quark

4 tablespoons kirsch

75 gr hover for conversion sugar

2 packages gelatine powder

250 ml hover for conversion whipping cream

250 gr hover for conversion fresh strawberries

125 ml hover for conversion whipping cream

"Whip it" (cream stabilizer)

extra: baking oven

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).
Make a sponge dough like in the basic recipe 2, bake the pie 25-30 minutes and let cool on a wire rack. Make the paper a little wet and pull it off.
Cut the pie once horizontal.
Wash the strawberries, remove stems and mash.
Mix the quark with kirsch, sugar and strawberry mush. Dissolve the gelatine in 2 tablespoons hot water and let cool a little. Beat the cream to peaks and fold the cooled gelatine. Fold the whipping cream into the quark.
Spoon, when the mass starts to stiffen, 2/3 part on the pie bottom.
Place the second layer and the coat the outside with the remaining quark.
Garnish with the 250 gr strawberries.
