Quarkpie with strawberries
2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 tablespoons kirsch
2 envelopes gelatin powder
"Whip it" (cream stabilizer)

How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).
Make a sponge dough like in the basic recipe 2, bake the pie 25-30 minutes and let cool on a wire rack. Make the paper a little wet and pull it off.
Cut the pie once horizontal.
Wash the strawberries, remove stems and mash.
Mix the quark with kirsch, sugar and strawberry mush. Dissolve the gelatin in 2 tablespoons hot water and let cool a little. Beat the cream to peaks and fold the cooled gelatin. Fold the whipping cream into the quark.
Spoon, when the mass starts to stiffen, 2/3 part on the pie bottom.
Place the second layer and the coat the outside with the remaining quark.
Garnish with the 250 gr strawberries.
