Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe cookies, pie and pastry makingPreheat the oven to 180°C/360°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).Make a sponge dough like in the basic recipe 2, bake the pie 25-30 minutes and let cool on a wire rack. Make the paper a little wet and pull it off.Cut the pie once horizontal.Wash the strawberries, remove stems and mash.Mix the quark with kirsch, sugar and strawberry mush. Dissolve the gelatine in 2 tablespoons hot water and let cool a little. Beat the cream to peaks and fold the cooled gelatine. Fold the whipping cream into the quark.Spoon, when the mass starts to stiffen, 2/3 part on the pie bottom.Place the second layer and the coat the outside with the remaining quark.Garnish with the 250 gr strawberries. |
