Quarkpie with strawberries
3 eggs
100 gr
sugar
50 gr
cornstarch
150 gr flour

2 teaspoons baking powder
500 gr
fresh strawberries
500 gr
thin quark
4 tablespoons kirsch
75 gr
sugar
2 envelopes gelatin powder
250 ml
whipping cream
250 gr
fresh strawberries
125 ml
whipping cream
"Whip it" (cream stabilizer)

How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).
Make a sponge dough like in the basic recipe 2,
bake the pie 25-30 minutes and let cool on a wire rack.
Make the paper a little wet and pull it off.
Wash the strawberries, remove stems and mash.
Mix the quark with kirsch, sugar and strawberry mush.
Dissolve the gelatin in 2 tablespoons hot water and let cool a little. Beat the cream to peaks and fold the cooled gelatin. Fold the whipping cream into the quark.
Spoon, when the mass starts to stiffen, 2/3 part on the pie bottom.
Place the second layer and the coat the outside with the remaining quark.
Garnish with the 250 gr strawberries.
