Orange cake 2

Ingredients:

175 gr hover for conversion butter or margarine

200 gr hover for conversion sugar

4 eggs

2 tablespoons vanilla sugar

grated peel of 1 orange

300 gr hover for conversion flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

juice of 1 orange

orange glaze:

150 gr hover for conversion icing sugar

2-3 tablespoons orange juice

candied orange peel

extra:

baking oven 

springform Ø 22-24 cm

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).
Stir the soft butter with sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar and grated orange peel to a creamy mass. Mix flour and baking powder and mix with the batter.
Grease a springform pan, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and fill with the batter.
Bake the pie 60 minutes.
Remove, immediately after baking, the sides of the pan and puncture little holes in the cake. Sprinkle with the orange juice.
When the juice is absorbed and the cake has cooled down, cover with orange glaze and garnish with candied strips orange peel.
