Chocolate pie


3 eggs

150 gr convert conversionsugar

75 gr flour convert conversion

75 gr convert conversioncornstarch

2 tablespoons vanilla sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 package chocolate pudding

1 egg yolk

100 gr butter convert conversion

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 200C/395F (fan oven 180C/360F).

Separate egg whites and yolks. Beat the egg whites with vanilla sugar to stiff peaks. Stir the yolks with sugar very creamy. Sift flour, cornstarch and baking powder over the yolks. Stir carefully. Fold the egg whites in with a wooden spoon.

Grease a baking pan, line the bottom with baking paper and spoon the batter in.

Bake the cake 20-30 minutes and let cool on a wire rack. Wet the paper and pull it off. Cut the pie horizontal. Make the pudding like mentioned on the package.

Beat butter with the egg yolk creamy and add spoon by spoon to the pudding. Beat till you get a light cream. Brush half on the pie bottom and place the other layer. Coat the sides with part of the remaining cream and roll through the flakes. Spread some cream on top and spoon the rest of the crme in a piping bag and garnish the pie.
