Apple pie 7Ingredients:200 gr butter or margarine200 gr sugar2 tablespoons vanilla sugarpinch salt3 eggs300 gr flour2 teaspoons baking powder2-3 tablespoons milk500 gr sweet-sour apples
100 gr icing sugar1 tablespoon lemon juice

How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).Beat (use a mixer) the butter creamy and add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and eggs.Sift the flour and baking powder over the butter.Beat the batter airely while adding the milk bit by bit.Grease a springform pan and pour the batter in.Peel and half the apples and remove the cores. Make deep cuts in the convex sides of the apples and push the apples in the batter.Bake the pie 50-60 minutes.When the pie is ready, cover immediately with a glaze of lemon juice with icing sugar.
