Apple pie 7

Ingredients:

200 gr hover for conversion butter or margarine

200 gr hover for conversion sugar

2 tablespoons vanilla sugar

pinch salt

3 eggs

300 gr hover for conversion flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

2-3 tablespoons milk

500 gr hover for conversion sweet-sour apples

 

100 gr hover for conversion icing sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).
Beat (use a mixer) the butter creamy and add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and eggs.
Sift the flour and baking powder over the butter.
Beat the batter airely while adding the milk bit by bit.
Grease a springform pan and pour the batter in.
Peel and half the apples and remove the cores. Make deep cuts in the convex sides of the apples and push the apples in the batter.
Bake the pie 50-60 minutes.
When the pie is ready, cover immediately with a glaze of lemon juice with icing sugar.
