Hearty mini pies

Ingredients:

6 slices puff pastry

200 gr hover for conversion ground beef

100 gr hover for conversion mushrooms

4 shallots

2 teaspoons cajun spices

1 jar crème fraiche

1 egg

pinch salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon parsley

extra:

2 12 mold muffin pan

butter and flour

oven

Preparation:

Grease the muffin pan and dust with little flour.
Chop the shallots and the slice the mushrooms.
Mix the ground beef with the cajun spices and fry to crumbs in a pan. Add the shallots and mushroom slices and simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix the creme fraiche with egg, garlic powder, salt and parsley.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).
Cut (with a glass) 4 circles from each sheet puff pastry and place in the molds. Fill with the ground beef mixture. Spoon 1-2 teaspoons crème fraiche mixture in the molds.
Bake the hearty mini quiches 25 minutes.
