Hearty mini pies(24 pcs)Ingredients:6 slices puff pastry200 gr ground beef100 gr mushrooms4 shallots2 teaspoons cajun spices1 jar crème fraiche1 eggpinch salt1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon parsleyextra:2 12 mold muffin pansbutter and flouroven |

How to prepare:Grease the muffin pan and dust with little flour.Chop the shallots and the slice the mushrooms.Mix the ground beef with the cajun spices and fry to crumbs in a pan. Add the shallots and mushroom slices and simmer for 5 minutes.Mix the creme fraiche with egg, garlic powder, salt and parsley.Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).Cut (with a glass) 4 circles from each sheet puff pastry and place in the molds. Fill with the ground beef mixture. Spoon 1-2 teaspoons crème fraiche mixture in the molds.Bake the hearty mini quiches 25 minutes.
