Tempura vegetables
100 gr
broccoli
1 small onion
1 small carrot
1 small red bell pepper
extra:
oil for frying

How to prepare:
Divide the broccoli to small florets, slice the onion in rings and bell pepper and carrot in strips of 6 cm.
Add the vegetables to the batter and stir well.
Heat the oil in a thick-bottomed pan.
Put with a kitchen grip 1-2 vegetable pieces some seconds in the oil, release and fry till they are crispy and golden brown.
Drain on kitchen paper and serve with sweet-sour chili sauce or sweet soy sauce.
