Ingredients:Tempura batter of 115 gr mix100 gr

Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - oriental meals, vegetable recipeCut the broccoli in small florets, the onion in rings and bell pepper and carrot in strips of 6 cm.Add the vegetables to the batter and stir well.Heat the oil in a pan with thick bottom.Put with a kitchen grip 1-2 vegetable pieces some seconds in the oil, release and fry till they are crispy and golden brown.Drain on kitchen paper and serve with sweet-sour chili sauce or sweet soy sauce. |
